Simple Green Salad
Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce 
- Kale 
- Tomato 
- Mushroom 
- Avocado 
- Bell Pepper 
- Garbanzo beans 
- Vegan shredded cheese 
- Black Olives 
- French Bread 
- Vegan Butter 
- Garlic 
- Black Pepper 
- (Can add vegan breaded chicken to the top, if desired) 
Instructions
- Chop lettuce and kale to desired size, add to a large bowl 
- Slice tomato, mushroom, avocado, bell pepper, and olives 
- Add sliced vegetables and garbanzos to the greens and mix 
- Sprinkle the vegan shredded cheese on top 
- Sprinkle pepper on top 
- Toast slices of the french bread, add butter and mince garlic on top 
- (If want vegan chicken on top - bake per directions on package, cut into chucks and add to the top) 
- Enjoy!
